Job Description
- Prepare age-appropriate learning activities and projects according to the class timetable.
- Observe and assess children, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Complete tasks related to the Kids Online application.
- Welcome parents and children during weekly assigned drop-off and pick-up duties.
- Attend Open Day events (usually held on Saturdays) and/or other school events as scheduled in the academic calendar.
- Write end-of-term reports and participate in parent–teacher conferences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while they are at school.
- Support children during mealtimes, changing routines, and nap preparations.
- Participate in professional development and training sessions organized by Wisdomland International Preschool.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the school’s curriculum.
- Complete assigned tasks professionally and within the required timeline.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a preschool environment.
- Strong creativity and artistic ability in teaching.
- Deep understanding of child development and modern educational theories and approaches.
- Strong teaching skills and effective classroom management.
- Patient, flexible, positive, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating enthusiasm and creativity in daily tasks.
- Positive attitude, compassion, and dedication to the profession.
- Strong teamwork spirit and collaborative mindset.
