Job Description
  • Receive and process payment records when they arise, request: perform payment procedures according to regulations, check the validity of input invoices & accounting on accounting software, summarize costs and prepare reports as required;
  • Coordinate with warehouse accounting, purchasing department to receive purchase documents, check documents and account for costs on accounting software;
  • Check accounting costs correctly on documents and approved reports;
  • Review payment documents and instruct departments to supplement and complete documents according to regulations before making payment;
  • Synthesize payment records during the day, make a list of approved payment records and propose daily payment approval;
  • Control the list of invoices for purchased goods and arising during the month. Ensure that expenses are accounted for correctly and completely;
